By becoming a YMCA member you join a group of people of all ages and from all walks of life who are passionate about bettering their community.
The YMCA cause is to strengthen the foundations of community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The YMCA has the long-standing relationships and physical presence not just to promise, but to deliver to every individual the essentials needed to learn, grow and thrive. Though the world may be unpredictable, one thing remains certain-the Y is, and always will be, dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected and secure children, adults and communities.

The Barbara Bauer Briggs Family YMCA has adapted a new pricing plan that is based on household income. We are committed to providing financial assistance to those who cannot afford the full price of Y membership or programs. That’s the purpose of the Friends of Youth annual campaign. All annual campaign funds remain in our local community, giving children and families an opportunity to get involved in Y programs. Contact the Welcome Center to see if you qualify.
