BODYPUMP- Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590* calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You'll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated, and ready to come back for more.

BODYCOMBAT- This is a high energy, martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740* calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ! Bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door!

The Victoria Family YMCA offers many options when it comes to weight training. The facility houses weight racks, benches, free weights and Nautilus Nitro weight equipment. 

Youth/Teen Strength Training

The fitness area is ONLY available to 10-15 year olds who have successfully completed the Youth & Teen Strength Training course. The program teaches proper gym etiquette and use of cardiovascular and Cybex equipment. A successful completion of the session permits usage of these fitness areas. Class is 1:30-4:30 pm on the first and third Sunday of each month. The course is $30 and only available to members. Participants must register by the Wednesday before the first and third Sunday of each month.
