GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

There's something for EVERYONE in our Group Fitness Classes! Certified instructors lead classes for anyone from beginner to well advanced. See our Group Exercise Schedule for detailed class descriptions and try one today. All classes are included in your YMCA Membership!

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Individual $30/per person

Small Group (2-4) $25/per person

2021 MELTDOWN

Individuals will compete for the highest percentage of weight lost. Male and female divisions.

1st Place Male & Female - $200

2nd Place Male & Female - $100

  • $25 entry fee per person
  • Ages 16 and up
  • Open to members and the community
  • First and final weigh-ins are required
  • Weigh-ins will be supervised by YMCA staff only
  • Must weigh in at the Calhoun County YMCA

First weigh-in is January 11-17

Final weigh-in is April 12-18

 

YOUTH/TEEN STRENGTH TRAINING

The fitness area is ONLY available to 10-15 year olds who have successfully completed the Youth & Teen Strength Training course. This program teaches proper gym etiquette and use of cardiovascular and fitness equipment. A successful completion of the session and written test permits usage of these fitness areas. 10-12 year olds still require parental/adult supervision. 

$15 per person. This class is held once a month and exclusive to YMCA members.

SMART START ORIENTATIONS 

Our friendly and knowledgeable fitness staff is ready and willing to show you around our facility. Schedule an orientation today with the front desk to have the fitness staff give you detailed information about all the departments and the use of each piece of equipment.
