Household: Two adults and as many children within the same household $75
Single Parent Family: One adult and as many children within the same household    $63
Adult Male: 25 and older $53
Adult Female: 25 and older $51
Senior Couple: Two adults both being 65 and older $57
Senior: 65 and older $37
Young Adult: 18-24 year olds $37
Teen: 12-17 year olds* $29

 

*There is a 4 hour time limit per day for youth and teens to be in the facility. See Teen and Youth Policy for additional information.

NATIONWIDE MEMBERSHIP

Nationwide Membership is available through you association with the Barbara Bauer Briggs Family YMCA. This benefit enables you to visit any participating Y in the US. We want to help you reach your health  and wellness goals wherever you live, move or travel. 

 

TEEN & YOUTH POLICY

Youth under the age of 16 must attend the Teen and Youth Strength Training class to have access to the Wellness Center. The class teaches proper use of cardio and nautilus equipment. Usage of areas permitted upon completion with parental/adult supervision. This course is only available to members. See more info here

 

GUESTS

Daily guest passes available for $10 per person, per day. Each member may bring a guest 3 times a year for free. All guests must check in at the front desk. 

Adult guests, 18 years and older, must complete the guest form at each visit and present a valid ID. Minor guests, must have a parent/guardian complete and sign the form at each visit. Minor guests under the age of 14 must have a parent/guardian with them while using the facility.  

 

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

INSURANCE FUNDED 

Memberships based on insurance are available. This includes fitness plans with Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Active & Fit, Blue Cross, Humana and more. Once enrolled in your specific fitness plan, bring your insurance card to our Welcome Center and we can confirm eligibility. Contact us at 361-575-0511 for more information.


CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS

The Y has partnered with area corporations and municipalities to provide special memberships to their employees. Check with your employer to see if you are eligible for the YMCA Corporate Membership program. Contact our Membership Director, Kristie Cohen, for more information. 


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Y is committed to providing financial assistance to those who cannot afford the full price of Y membership or programs. That’s the purpose of the Friend of Youth Annual Campaign. All Annual Campaign funds remain in our local community, giving children and families an opportunity to get involved in Y programs. 

 

Financial Assistance covers Membership and all Y Programs. If approved, assistance expires every 6 months and members are required to re-apply in writing, or they will be moved to a regular priced plan. Members must complete our Financial Assistance application and provide financial documentation for consideration.
