Team Wellness Weight Loss Challenge
Teams of 4 will compete for the highest percentage of combined weight loss.
First place is $500 - Second place is $200 - Third place is $100
Individual Wellness Weight Loss Challenge
Individuals will compete for the highest percentage weight loss. Male and female divisions.
First place male and female $200 - Second place male and female $100
Join us for a 30 minute class with our Personal Trainer, Devon Williams. Class is FREE to members. Register at our Welcome Center to reserve your spot!

Small Group (2-4) $25/per person
Purchase multiple sessions for reduced rates.
The fitness area is ONLY available to 10-15 year olds who have successfully completed the Youth & Teen Strength Training course. This program teaches proper gym etiquette and use of cardiovascular and fitness equipment. A successful completion of the session and written test permits usage of these fitness areas. 10-12 year olds still require parental/adult supervision.
$15 per person. This class is held once a month and exclusive to YMCA members.
Our friendly and knowledgeable fitness staff is ready and willing to show you around our facility. Schedule an orientation today with the front desk to have the fitness staff give you detailed information about all the departments and the use of each piece of equipment.
