Michelle Cavazos was born in Victoria and has two sisters and a brother. She is a mother of two children, ages 4 and 16. She likes to spend time with her boys and hang out with her friends and family. For adventure, she likes to camp and hike trails.

Michelle has worked for the YMCA for 20 years. She has held several positions within the organization: Nursery Staff, Rec. Room Staff, Director of DeLeon and has run YMCA Summer Camp. She is certified in Day Camp and is a certified Childcare Director.
